Results Utilizing our previously developed data-driven pipeline,26 we prioritized candidate neoantigens from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) lung cancer dataset and identified the KRAS.G12V-HLA-A∗03:01 combination as a leading candidate. This HLA-mutation combination is found in approximately 94,000 patients worldwide (Figure 1A; Table S1).
