NEW YORK (AP) — Zoox, a self-driving vehicle company owned by Amazon, says it has successfully carried passengers on public roads — a development that helps the California company inch closer to bringing the vehicle to the general public. The company conducted the first run of its four-person “robotaxi” with employees on board Saturday, the Amazon subsidiary said Monday.

Pennsylvania Senior Senator Bob Casey has revealed he has prostate cancer. The Democrat released the following statement on Thursday morning. “Last month, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. While this news came as a shock, I can report that I have an excellent prognosis, as well as the benefit of exceptional medical care and the unwavering support of my family. In the coming months I will undergo surgery, after which I am expected to make a full recovery.

State Police looking for suspect after he fled traffic stop

State Police are looking for a suspect following a chase early Thursday morning. Troopers tried to conduct a traffic stop on a Black Dodge Durango around 1:00 Thursday morning at Ohio River Boulevard and California Avenue. According to a release, the driver sped away, leading troopers on a chase. The car eventually crashed near Rankin Avenue, when both the driver and a passenger ran from the car. Police say the driver of the car is a black male who was wearing camo at the time.
