(FOX40.COM) — Suspects are at large after opening fire Friday afternoon at a Sacramento gas station, and exclusive FOX40 footage caught the whole incident on camera. Just after 2 p.m., the Sacramento Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at a Shell gas station in the 5500 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard at the intersection of Fruitridge Road, Sacramento police said. The suspects fled before officers arrived at the scene.

(FOX40.COM) — Lawmakers are currently pushing for Assembly Bill 311, which aims to lower insurance rates for “good drivers,” to be passed. AB 311, authored by Assemblywoman Tina McKinnor, would allow insurance companies to install telematics in cars, which would technologically track braking force, speed and swerving. If passed, it would be used to determine insurance rates for drivers who opt in.
