Suspected ABC10 shooter pleads not guilty, denied bail

(FOX40.COM) — Anibal Hernandez Santana, the man suspected of shooting ABC10 on Sept. 19, was arraigned at the Sacramento Superior Court on Thursday. He pleaded not guilty to three felony charges, including assault with a semi-automatic firearm and discharging a firearm with gross negligence. Hernandez Santana also pleaded not guilty in a separate case involving shots fired into an unoccupied building the day before the ABC10 building shooting.
