Friday, May 29 — For us non-teaching adults, the summer season doesn’t start until June. But yesterday was the last day of school in DeKalb County, which means summer break is officially underway. If you missed it, registration is still open for some of the summer camps offered by Tucker’s arts organizations.

Friday, May 22 — It’s Katie sans Cathy here! I’ve officially taken over the Tucker newsletter, and I’m so excited to keep learning about the city and sharing fun and important stories with y’all. The big story this week is the runoff for the DeKalb County School Board District 4 election, but first, some quick news: 🛍️ The Purple Moose Consignments and Antiques in downtown Tucker will be closing at the end of the month. The entire store is 50% off until the end of May.
