TRIM21-dependent ubiquitination of MCCase induced by hsa_circ_0009061 drives H3K36 crotonylation to suppress epithelial ovarian cancer progression through regulating glycolysis
Abstract Histone lysine crotonylation plays a pivotal role in gene transcription in diseases. However, the relationship between its levels and epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) peritoneal metastasis remains unclear. Here, we report that the circular RNA hsa_circ_0009061 is crucial for 3-Methylcrotonyl-CoA carboxylase (MCCase)-mediated lysine crotonylation and glycolysis. Hsa_circ_0009061 acts as a tumor suppressor and inhibits EOC metastasis as well as glycolysis.

Repeated restraint stress enhances visual plasticity through locus coeruleus (LC)-V1 projection in adult mice
Abstract Stress modulates a broad range of brain functions, including the visual system. However, the specific neural mechanisms by which stress regulates function and plasticity in the adult visual system remain unclear. This study demonstrates that repeated restraint stress selectively enhances ocular dominance plasticity (ODP) in the primary visual cortex (V1) of adult mice. This stress-induced reinstatement of ODP depends on noradrenergic (NE) signaling.
Electrodeposited self-assembled molecules for perovskite photovoltaics
Abstract Preventing the detachment of self-assembled molecules (SAMs) and enhancing their passivation effect on perovskites are critical challenges for improving the performance and stability of perovskite solar cells (PSCs)1–3. Electrodeposited SAMs provide a route to improve coverage uniformity and anchoring robustness on conductive substrates beyond the limitations of conventional solution processing.
Account–Governance Platform Drift in Digital Financial Assets: A Reliability-Sensitive Socio-Technical Systems Analysis of Golden Apple’s Russian Digital Debt Issuance
You are already at the latest version Regulated digital financial assets can become more than financing instruments when issued through platform account infrastructures, but public texts do not directly reveal customer behavior. This article examines Golden Apple’s Russian digital financial asset issuance as a mechanism-informative socio-technical case and asks how public texts make account–governance platform drift visible before customer-behavior evidence is publicly closed.
Charts of the Day: Chinese Airlines Cancel More Flights Ahead of Holiday
1. A wave of flight cancellations is affecting international routes ahead of China's Labor Day holiday (May 1-5), driven by surging jet fuel prices forcing airlines to reduce capacity [para. 1][para. 2]. 2. Travelers report abrupt cancellations of pre-booked flights to destinations like Vietnam and Bangkok, with refunds offered but skyrocketing prices and no rebooking options due to full route suspensions, leaving prepaid accommodations wasted [para. 3][para. 4]. 3.
Strain‒induced spin regulation of stepped Co(111) for boosting peracetic acid magnetocatalysis
Abstract Atomic site–specific reactivity induced by the lattice distortion has garnered increasing research interest for advancing the heterogeneous catalytic conversions, owing to strain–field–tunable electronic structure of the distorted active sites. Here, we prepare the catalysts with reactive center of ferromagnetically nanoparticulate cobalt that is fully exposed by the Co(111) lattice plane with increasing strain.
