Abstract Acetaminophen (APAP) overdose is the leading cause of drug-induced acute liver failure, yet early pathways linking hepatocellular stress to tissue integrity remain incompletely defined. Here, we demonstrate that canonical Hh signaling is rapidly activated in centrilobular hepatocytes upon APAP challenge, preceding significant inflammation and recovery.

In this exploratory study, we used 4D DIA proteomics to profile heart, liver, spleen, and kidney from mice given chronic LPS (0.1 µg/day i.p., 2 months) with or without ibuprofen co treatment (0.02 mg/mL in drinking water).

Integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) has been widely recognized as a cornerstone of sixth-generation (6G) networks. The prevalence of doubly dispersive channels (DSCs) in high-mobility and high-frequency scenarios has emerged as a critical bottleneck for 6G networks. Affine frequency division multiplexing (AFDM), capable of attaining full diversity gain even in DSC environments, has become a compelling candidate for next-generation ISAC waveforms.
