Recent advances in motion generation and whole-body tracking have enabled humanoid robots to execute increasingly diverse motions, yet the same motion capabilities may be requested repeatedly during continual deployment. Reliable reuse is challenging because intervening motions can change the robot's entry state, making previously successful motions unsafe to replay blindly.
SlideChat is a multimodal generative artificial intelligence assistant for whole-slide computational pathology across cancer types
Abstract Multimodal artificial intelligence, albeit showing great potential in computational pathology, remains limited to isolated patch-level interpretation and often fails to analyze gigapixel-scale whole-slide images (WSIs) essential for clinical utility. Here we present SlideChat, a multimodal generative artificial intelligence assistant for whole-slide computational pathology across cancer types.

Crystal structures of DCAF1-PROTAC-WDR5 ternary complexes provide insight into DCAF1 substrate specificity - Nature Communications
Abstract Proteolysis-targeting chimeras (PROTACs) have been explored for the degradation of drug targets for more than two decades. However, only a handful of E3 ligase substrate receptors have been efficiently used. Downregulation and mutation of these receptors would reduce the effectiveness of such PROTACs. We recently developed potent ligands for DCAF1, a substrate receptor of EDVP and CUL4 E3 ligases.

AAV9‐mediated CIRP gene transfer protects against cardiac dysfunction and remodelling in a rat model of myocardial infarction
1 INTRODUCTION Acute myocardial infarction (MI) and heart failure (HF) that often follows are major causes of death and disability worldwide. Early reperfusion of myocardium by performing primary percutaneous coronary intervention is a highly efficient treatment to reduce the size of an acute MI. However, paradoxically, reperfusing the myocardium can subsequently result in cardiomyocyte death, referred to as myocardial reperfusion injury (MRI).
AptaDiff: de novo design and optimization of aptamers based on diffusion models
Abstract Aptamers are single-stranded nucleic acid ligands, featuring high affinity and specificity to target molecules. Traditionally they are identified from large DNA/RNA libraries using in vitro methods, like Systematic Evolution of Ligands by Exponential Enrichment (SELEX). However, these libraries capture only a small fraction of theoretical sequence space, and various aptamer candidates are constrained by actual sequencing capabilities from the experiment.

δ-α cell-to-cell interactions modulate pancreatic islet Ca2+ oscillation modes
Abstract Glucose-induced pancreatic islet hormone release is tightly coupled with oscillations in cytoplasmic free Ca2+ concentration of islet cells, which is regulated by a complex interplay between intercellular and intracellular signaling. Delta cells, which entangle with alpha cells located at the islet periphery, are known to be important paracrine regulators. However, the role of delta cells in regulating Ca2+ oscillation pattern remains unclear.
