Characteristics of VA-Enrollees Undergoing Cholecystectomy (CCY), Carotid Endarterectomy (CEA), Primary Total Hip Arthroplasty (THA), and/or Primary Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA) Within the VA or the Community Care Network eFigure 1.
Adjunctive fecal microbiota transplantation for major depressive disorder: A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial
Statistical Analysis of Clinical Data Statistical analyses were performed using SAS version 9.4. Randomization groups were unblinded only after completion of all statistical analyses. The primary and secondary endpoints were analyzed using the FAS and PPS, with the primary conclusions based mainly on the FAS.
Complete sequencing of ape genomes - Nature

Abstract The most dynamic and repetitive regions of great ape genomes have traditionally been excluded from comparative studies1,2,3. Consequently, our understanding of the evolution of our species is incomplete. Here we present haplotype-resolved reference genomes and comparative analyses of six ape species: chimpanzee, bonobo, gorilla, Bornean orangutan, Sumatran orangutan and siamang.

WGCNA and molecular docking identify hub genes for cardiac aging
1. Introduction Epidemiological studies have found that by 2050, the number of people aged 65 and older will exceed 1.5 billion worldwide, accounting for 16% of the global population (1). Cardiac aging and related diseases will increase burden society. Cardiac aging leads to heart failure, and furthermore, aging leads to a declined ability of cardiomyocytes and non-cardiomyocytes to replicate DNA, which in turn causes dysregulation of cellular life processes (2).

UQCRH downregulation promotes Warburg effect in renal cell carcinoma cells
Abstract Ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase hinge protein (UQCRH) is the hinge protein for the multi-subunit complex III of the mitochondrial electron transport chain and is involved in the electron transfer reaction between cytochrome c1 and c. Recent genome-wide transcriptomic and epigenomic profiling of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) by The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) identified UQCRH as the top-ranked gene showing inverse correlation between DNA hypermethylation and mRNA downregulation.
