Aeris signs IoT Accelerator agreement with Japanese telecom KDDI

Aeris has announced a new IoT connectivity management service agreement with Japanese telecom giant KDDI Corp to continue its Asia Pacific expansion. KDDI has been using the Aeris IoT Accelerator platform since 2017, as originally provided by Ericsson before Aeris acquired it in early 2023. The move comes as a sign of continued demand for the IoT Accelerator platform, which currently manages 104 million IoT devices and 42 million connected vehicles globally.
