A novel, to our knowledge, fiber-optic strain measurement scheme is proposed by integrating a fiber Bragg grating (FBG) and a weak-reflection fiber Bragg grating (WRFBG) array into a single optical fiber, enabling simultaneous acquisition of distributed low-frequency strain fields and high-frequency transient strain at key points.
