Deputy involved in crash on Speed Limit Road in Nixville area

NIXVILLE, S.C. (WTOC) - A Hampton County Sheriff’s Office deputy and another motorist were involved in a collision Saturday evening on Speed Limit Road in the Nixville area. The crash occurred at approximately 7:15 p.m. Both individuals were transported for medical treatment. South Carolina Highway Patrol is on the scene and is conducting the investigation. The area near Devie Lane and Speed Limit Road is closed to traffic.

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - A man on the Savannah Police Department’s Top 10 Most Wanted list was arrested Monday by the U.S. Marshals on a Savannah police warrant. Rayshaun Nathaniel Leeks, 35, is charged with robbery, aggravated battery, four counts of contempt of court, driving with a suspended license and failure to wear a seat belt. Rayshaun Nathaniel Leeks, 35 Leeks is being held without bond.
