Abstract Clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential is associated with systemic inflammation and increased malignant risk in humans, yet understanding of how it reshapes the bone marrow (BM) microenvironment has been limited. Using single-cell transcriptomic profiling of freshly isolated BM samples, combined with histological and spatial transcriptomic analyses, we identified fibro-inflammatory remodeling as a hallmark of clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential.

These are Not the OKRs You're Looking For
If you've been in Product long enough, you've heard it: "We need OKRs!" Suddenly, there's a template in circulation and every team is expected to have them filled in by next week. Here's the trap: most orgs don't actually create OKRs. They take existing metrics, jam them into "Objectives" that were already handed down from above, and call it done. What you really end up with is a KPI spreadsheet in disguise. That's not OKRs - that's bureaucracy with better branding.

Abstract Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) has become one of the deadliest bacteria globally due to antibiotic resistance. In this study, we crosslinked antigen-binding fragments of monoclonal antibodies against the wall-teichoic acid of S. aureus with polysialic acid to form an antibody‒PSA conjugate, which can effectively target and induce calcification on the surface of MRSA.
