Stretchable h-BN/TPU Fibers for Passive-Active Dual-Mode Thermal Management and Wearable Haptic Interfaces
1 Introduction Thermal sensation at the skin-object interface is governed by thermal effusivity, interfacial contact resistance, and transient heat exchange, which together determine the temperature trajectory sensed by cutaneous thermoreceptors [1-4]. Flexible thermal-management textiles have been explored to regulate heat exchange in wearable electronics and personal thermal environments [5-7].
Tucidinostat Plus R-CHOP for Large B-Cell Lymphoma—Reply
In Reply We thank Ms Armbruster and colleagues for their thoughtful comments on our randomized clinical trial evaluating tucidinostat plus R-CHOP vs R-CHOP alone in patients with MYC/BCL2 double-expressor diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.1 We appreciate their reanalysis using restricted mean survival time, which provides a clinically intuitive measure of treatment effect and can be useful as a complementary approach, in cases in which the proportional hazards assumption is questionable.

Abstract Temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis (TMJOA) is a chronic degenerative disorder characterized by condylar cartilage degeneration, abnormal subchondral bone remodeling, and synovial inflammation. Its pathogenesis is complex, and effective clinical interventions remain limited. In recent years, the critical role of angiogenesis in TMJOA pathogenesis has garnered increasing attention.
Design of white circularly polarized luminescence with high g lum across entire visible regions by dual-loop active learning
Abstract White circularly polarized luminescence (WCPL) materials have attracted increasing attention. However, achieving WCPL simultaneously with high color rendering index (CRI) value at ideal CIE coordinates and large dissymmetry factor (glum) across entire visible regions remains a significant challenging, due to the vast chemical design space and the inefficient experimental screening by human-driven intuition-based methods.

Abstract Given the established non-inferiority and comparable efficacy of subcutaneous (SC) and intravenous (IV) trastuzumab, this study aimed to explore the long-term economic implications of administration-route selection in the treatment of HER2-positive breast cancer from the perspective of the Chinese healthcare system. A partitioned survival model was developed using efficacy data from the HannaH phase III trial.
Refining biopsy strategies stratified by PI-RADS score in men: a systematic review and network meta-analysis
Abstract Prostate cancer is the second most common cancer in men globally. Advances in diagnostic techniques, particularly multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging and the Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System, have enhanced detection precision. However, optimal biopsy strategies for lesions with Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System scores of 3-5 remain uncertain.
48-hour BPRI trajectories and 28-day mortality in vasoactive-supported hypertensive heart disease with heart failure
Abstract Hypertensive heart disease (HHD) complicated by heart failure is associated with high mortality in intensive care units. The Blood Pressure Response Index (BPRI), the ratio of mean arterial pressure to vasoactive-inotropic score, integrates hemodynamic targets and treatment intensity, yet the prognostic value of its dynamic trajectories in this population remains unclear.
Research on prognostic prediction of colorectal cancer based on multi-dimensional biomarker features and machine learning models
Abstract Background: The traditional TNM staging system for colorectal cancer (CRC) prognosis has significant limitations, with prognostic differences exceeding 40% among patients with the same stage. This study aims to construct and validate a machine learning prognostic prediction model based on routinely available clinical, laboratory, inflammatory, nutritional, and treatment-related variables for hospitalized colorectal cancer patients.
Injury-transduced oligodendrocytes modulate neuroinflammation and glial activation in diseased and non-diseased central nervous system
Abstract Oligodendrocytes (OLs) are brain cells that make myelin, the insulating sheath that supports nerve signal transmission. Although oligodendrocyte dysfunction is common in the central nervous system (CNS), how these cells respond to injury remains incompletely understood. Here we show, using mouse models and mouse tissue analyses, that OLs respond to demyelinating diseases by increasing the expression and secretion of serine protease inhibitor clade A member 3N (SERPINA3N).
Overcoming Drug Resistance by Paclitaxel Resistance in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer
1 Introduction Breast cancer (BC) is ranking on the top cancer incidences among women, while the estimated deaths of BC account for 15% of all cancer death [1]. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is the most aggressive and lethal subtype of BC and is more common in BRCA1-mutated breast cancers [2, 3]. TNBC subtype tends to metastasis or even recurrence, thus resulting in a poor prognosis and worst survival outcome with a median overall survival (OS) of less than two years [4, 5].

Non-competitive additives regulate molecular assembly for compact monolayers in perovskite/silicon tandems
Abstract Achieving densely packed self-assembled monolayers (SAM) is essential for constructing well-defined functional interfaces, yet monolayer formation is often hindered by molecular aggregation and additive-induced competition for surface anchoring sites. Here we report a non-competitive additive strategy that regulates molecular assembly during SAM deposition.
Large language models decode narrative pathology reports to define clinically relevant subtypes in IgA nephropathy
Abstract Immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN) is the most common primary glomerular disease worldwide, with a highly heterogeneous clinical course. Current biopsy-based risk assessment relies largely on structured histological scores, such as the Oxford MEST-C score, which summarize selected lesions but may omit information contained in routine narrative pathology reports.
Developing a prognostic signature with cancer-associated fibroblasts for predicting the prognosis and immune landscape of prostate cancer
Abstract Prostate cancer (PCa) is the common malignant disease in older men. Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are a vital components of the tumor microenvironment (TME)and the major subpopulation of cells that promote tumor heterogeneity. However, there are still few studies on the correlation between PCa and CAFs. Thus, we predicted the prognosis of PCa by investigating CAFs characteristics in PCa and constructing a prognostic model with CAFs-related features.
Mid-zone hepatocytes trade proliferation for survival via Atf4-Chop axis in early acute liver injury
Abstract Hepatocytes undergo extensive proliferation to facilitate liver repair after injury, yet early adaptive changes prior to proliferation remain unclear. Here, we report that during early acetaminophen (APAP)-induced liver injury, hepatocytes exhibit transient proliferation suppression that is most pronounced in mid-zone hepatocytes, consistent with zonal APAP metabolism.
