(CPD) CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Clarksville Police say that a pedestrian was hit early Friday on Tiny Town Road. Police say the crash happened just after 3:30 a.m. when a vehicle hit a man on Tiny Town Road near Needmore Road. Traffic was impacted while officers investigated the collision, but the roadway has since reopened.

Man charged in connection with deadly Murfreesboro Pike crash

Tue, July 7, 2026 at 6:53 AM Nashville, Tenn. (WZTV) — An affidavit shows that Ali Al-Attabi was arrested and charged with vehicular homicide Monday. Police say that the deadly crash took place just after 6:30 PM. Police say preliminary evidence shows a Lexus was trying to turn onto Murfreesboro Pike from Faircloth Lane when it was struck by a Tesla. The Lexus spun across the intersection and the driver was ejected during the crash. He was taken to a hospital where he later died from his injuries.

Just after midnight, first responders arrived on the scene of a pedestrian crash at 4040 Nolensville Pike. Police confirmed that one person was taken from the scene of the crash in serious condition but later died from their injuries.
