GREEN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) - A nearly 60-year-old military helicopter that once served in the Vietnam War is getting a second life in the Tri-State. The "Huey" helicopter will eventually be permanently displayed at Green Township Veterans Park, where it will serve as a tribute to Vietnam veterans and an educational monument for future generations. Before that happens, however, the aircraft is undergoing extensive restoration at a metal fabrication shop in Price Hill.

CINCINNATI (WKRC) — Fifteen years after 18-year-old Dion Thomas was shot and killed in broad daylight at Grant Park in Over-the-Rhine, his family is still searching for one answer: Why? On June 26, 2011, Thomas was sitting on a park bench when gunfire erupted. At the time, Cincinnati police said he was an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire. A 10-year-old child was also struck by gunfire but survived.
