HELENA, Mont. — Montana Gov. Greg Gianforte is speaking out against a proposed Oregon ballot initiative that would effectively ban hunting, fishing, and trapping in that state. The initiative, known as IP28, has gained significant attention in recent months and would classify many forms of hunting, fishing, and trapping as criminal acts if approved by Oregon voters. Gov. Gianforte addressed the issue in a social media post Wednesday morning. "Did you hear what they are trying to do in Oregon?
