Longitudinal Vestibular Schwannoma Dataset with Consensus-based Human-in-the-loop Annotations
|
Abstract Accurate segmentation of vestibular schwannoma (VS) on MRI is essential for clinical management, yet large-scale, high-quality annotated datasets remain scarce. We present a publicly available longitudinal VS dataset comprising 534 contrast-enhanced T1-weighted scans from 184 patients across 15 or more clinical sites, hosted on The Cancer Imaging Archive.

Comparative efficacy and safety of topical therapies for ocular involvement in Sjögren’s syndrome: a systematic review and network meta-analysis
Abstract Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of topical ocular therapies for Sjögren’s syndrome–related dry eye disease. Methods: PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Central, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, and CBM were searched from inception to April 29, 2026. Randomized controlled trials of topical ocular therapies were included.
Worldwide research trends on the tumor immunometabolism–cancer immunotherapy nexus: a systematic bibliometric review
Abstract Background: Metabolic competition, nutrient restriction and metabolite accumulation in the tumor microenvironment reshape immune-cell fate and can constrain immune checkpoint blockade and adoptive cell therapies. We systematically mapped whether the tumor immunometabolism literature has shifted toward immunotherapy-oriented translation. Methods: We conducted a systematic bibliometric mapping review reported with reference to PRI SMA 2020.
An integrated approach to prioritizing areas for imported malaria re-establishment prevention in Chongqing, China
Abstract Objective: This study integrated spatiotemporal analysis of imported malaria cases, ecological niche modeling of Anopheles sinensis, and field-measured vector density to prioritize county-level areas for imported malaria re‑establishment prevention in Chongqing, China. The findings facilitate a stratified and targeted response strategy, thereby providing evidence-based guidance for mitigating the risk of re-establishment arising from imported cases.

A Homo‐Mannich Reaction Strategy Enables Collective Access to Ibophyllidine, Aspidosperma, Kopsia, and Melodinus Alkaloids
We report here a homo-Mannich reaction of cyclopropanol with an iminium ion, generated by an asymmetric allylic dearomatization of indole, to construct a tricyclic hydrocarbazole core, which is shared by a variety of monoterpenoid indole alkaloids across families. Through this approach, an all-carbon quaternary stereogenic center as well as an allyl and a ketone group were installed.

Reinvigorating Theory Borrowing for t" by Dan Jiang, Lianlian (Dorothy) Jiang et al.
Abstract It has been argued that the theory borrowing practices in IS research have become workmanlike—appropriate and effective, but lacking innovation. This concern is particularly salient at a time when digital phenomena are profoundly transforming society. Therefore, it is legitimate to ask: Are our theory borrowing practices hampering our ability to grapple with revolutionary developments in IS, and if so, what can be done?
A Regulation Loop between YAP and NR4A1 Balances Cell Proliferation and Apoptosis
Highlights • YAP represses NR4A1 transcription and mitochondrial localization • NR4A1 mediates the pro-apoptotic function in response to Hippo signaling • NR4A1 promotes YAP degradation to augment Hippo signaling • YAP promotes liver regeneration and tumorigenesis by repressing NR4A1 Summary The Hippo signaling pathway maintains organ size and tissue homeostasis via orchestration of cell proliferation and apoptosis. How this pathway triggers cell apoptosis remains largely unexplored.

White Matter Abnormalities in Never-Treated Patients With Long-Term Schizophrenia
Psychosocial deterioration over the course of illness in schizophrenia is well established (1–3). Several studies have reported progressive cerebral alterations as well (4, 5). However, the degree to which these latter changes are progressive over the longer-term course of illness and the degree to which they are secondary to antipsychotic treatment remain unclear.
Optical Imaging of Phase Transition and Li-Ion Diffusion Kinetics of Single LiCoO2 Nanoparticles During Electrochemical Cycling
Understanding the phase transition and Li-ion diffusion kinetics of Li-ion storage nanomaterials holds promising keys to further improve the cycle life and charge rate of the Li-ion battery. Traditional electrochemical studies were often based on a bulk electrode consisting of billions of electroactive nanoparticles, which washed out the intrinsic heterogeneity among individuals.
