HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Good Thursday evening all! Clouds and scattered showers kept temperatures rather cool by late June standards today. We will get to enjoy one more seasonably cool day Friday before we wear the air this weekend as hot and muggy weather takes over. This Evening/Overnight: Clouds will be sticking around this evening and into Friday morning. Scattered light rain showers will be possible this evening and overnight. Rain chances will come down with time.

HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Good Wednesday evening all! After a mild and quiet day, things will become active later this evening and overnight as a round of storms will push east off off the high plains. A few of these storms could be strong to severe with primary threats being large to very large hail, damaging wind gusts and heavy rainfall. While the tornado threat will be low in our viewing area, the threat increases in the panhandle where a Tornado Watch is in effect until 11PM MDT.

HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Good Tuesday evening all! After a rainy start to the day, things will be dry for most of the area this evening and overnight. There will be a few isolated storms over northeast and western parts of the state. Can’t rule out a strong to marginally severe storm tonight. Better chances for more widespread storms returns late Wednesday into early Thursday. A change in the weather pattern this weekend will bring heat and humidity back to the area.
