JOURDANTON, TX - People living in Atascosa County are fighting for transparency from county officials. Dozens filled the Atascosa County Justice Center with burning questions about a potential data center within county limits. Residents say they're fighting for their future. Many said the threat of data centers is one they've seen across Texas; now they're joining a growing effort to keep them out. As data centers pop up across the state, the people of Atascosa County say 'not here'.
