I've been in several different fields, driven by my inquisitiveness about the world and how we experience it. It has allowed for breaking news to be disseminated in real time, which is amazing, but means that public media literacy is more crucial.
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
I used Google Suite for the bulk of planning and writing and Adobe Premiere Pro for the A/V work. I was also trained in Photoshop.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
I didn't work on the newspaper, but I did interviews, editing and videography for my high school TV, primarily for event and staff features!
