Rewiring KRAS-driven cancers through the ubiquitin–proteasome system: therapeutic opportunities with a focus on deubiquitinase
Abstract KRAS is one of the most frequently mutated oncogenes in human cancers and plays a central role in regulating signaling pathways that control cell proliferation, survival and metabolism. Recent advances in allele-specific inhibitors, particularly those targeting KRASG12C, have demonstrated that direct pharmacological inhibition of KRAS is clinically feasible.

Intratumoral Mycobacterium abscessus promotes cytidine deaminase mutagenesis in non-small cell lung cancer
Abstract The intratumoral microbiota is increasingly recognized as an active component of the tumor microenvironment, yet whether it directly drives tumor mutagenesis remains unclear. Here, integrated multi-omics analysis of human non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) identifies Mycobacterium abscessus as a microbial determinant of APOBEC3A-associated mutagenesis.
Establishing the appropriate hearing cut-off value for the 5-item version of the speech, spatial, and qualities of hearing scale in older adults
Abstract This study aims to validate the Chinese 5-item version of the Speech, Spatial and Qualities of Hearing scale (C-SSQ5), and to investigate the ideal cut-off value, sensitivity, and specificity of the C-SSQ5 in older adults with hearing impairment (HI). The C-SSQ5 was administered to measure self-perceived hearing ability for 114 older adults (60 ~ 88) with HI and 50 older adults (60 ~ 85) with normal hearing (NH).

Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer following liver transplantation: a report of a rare and complex case and a multidisciplinary management strategy
Abstract De novo gastric cancer after liver transplantation is clinically rare, and radical resection remains the only potentially curative treatment. However, post-transplant anatomical distortion and extensive intra-abdominal adhesions increase surgical complexity, while long-term immunosuppression elevates the risks of perioperative infection and organ dysfunction. Furthermore, chemotherapy and immune checkpoint inhibitors may precipitate graft rejection.
End-to-end deep learning-based determination of programmable shunt valve settings from standard two-view skull radiographs
Abstract Accurate identification of programmable shunt valve settings is crucial for managing patients with hydrocephalus, as unintended setting changes can lead to overdrainage or underdrainage of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Existing artificial intelligence (AI) models primarily focus on classifying shunt valve models using pre-cropped regions of interest or tangential radiographs, which limits clinical applicability.
Widespread corrugations superimposed on the Galactic warp in the outer CO disk
Abstract Vertical corrugations—wave-like undulations in galactic disks—are potential imprints of past dynamical events that offer key constraints on galaxy evolution. While large-scale corrugations superimposed on the Galactic warp have recently been detected using young stellar tracers, the corresponding widespread structure within the molecular gas remains largely unexplored due to the challenge of disentangling subtle amplitudes from the dominant warp signal.
Inclusive Leadership and Employee Innovation Behavior A Case Study of Microsoft
1. Introduction In today’s knowledge-based economy, an organization’s ability to generate and implement innovative ideas is a key determinant of sustained competitive advantage. Employee innovation behavior, defined as the intentional generation, promotion, and realization of new ideas within an organization, has therefore become a central focus in both management research and practice [1] [2].

Exploring dysregulation of cuproptosis-related genes molecular clusters and candidate biomarkers in pterygium
Abstract Pterygium is a common ocular surface disorder, with its prevalence strongly correlated to ultraviolet (UV) exposure in geographic regions. Epidemiological investigations reveal significant demographic variations, with higher incidences observed in areas with intense UV radiation and within specific populations, notably rural individuals.
Identification of key genes and metabolites in thyroid eye disease through integrated transcriptomic and metabolomic analysis
Abstract Introduction: Thyroid eye disease (TED) markedly compromises ocular function and quality of life, imposing significant healthcare and economic burdens. Present therapeutic strategies, which mainly include glucocorticoids, teprotumumab, immunosuppressive drugs, and surgical treatments, exhibit limited effectiveness and are associated with high rates of relapse.

LINC-AC092535.5 regulates MICAL2 mRNA level to inhibit p53-mediated ferroptosis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma
Abstract Ferroptosis is a form of iron-dependent programmed cell death (PCD) that, once activated, inhibits tumor progression. However, the specific mechanisms influencing ferroptosis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) are limited and warrant further investigation. This study proposes that MICAL2 not only influences the nuclear translocation of p53 but also facilitates the ubiquitination of p53 by recruiting the E3 ubiquitination ligase MDM2, leading to its degradation.

A Group Fit Statistic for the Multilevel Item Response Model
Introduction Person-level misfit refers to the aberrant behavior or unusual response pattern by a single test-taker. Although test aberrance might arise from various issues and manifest in a multitude of diverse response outcomes, two types have drawn the most scholarly interest: careless responses stemming from a lack of motivation (Patton et al., 2019) and spuriously higher than expected scores indicative of cheating (De La Torre & Deng, 2008; Wang et al., 2017).
A machine learning-based predictive model for postoperative pulmonary complications in lung cancer and its SHAP interpretation
Abstract Background: Postoperative pulmonary complications (PPCs) significantly impair patient recovery and adversely affect the long-term prognosis following lung cancer surgery. Despite ongoing advancements in surgical techniques and perioperative care, the incidence of PPCs remains elevated, underscoring the pressing clinical necessity for dependable preoperative risk assessment tools.

@Ji Yang There are MHP fund operators who have proven track records and have been acquiring and oprating MHPs for many years. Although most such fund operators only deal with accredited investors directly, you may also be able to find some among the crowdfunding sites. Typically, the mobile home funds can achieve very attractive COC, a somewhat recession resistant business model, decent upside as well.

The role of manganese in CoMnOx catalysts for selective long-chain hydrocarbon production via Fischer-Tropsch synthesis - Nature Communications
|
Abstract Cobalt is an efficient catalyst for Fischer−Tropsch synthesis (FTS) of hydrocarbons from syngas (CO + H2) with enhanced selectivity for long-chain hydrocarbons when promoted by Manganese. However, the molecular scale origin of the enhancement remains unclear. Here we present an experimental and theoretical study using model catalysts consisting of crystalline CoMnOx nanoparticles and thin films, where Co and Mn are mixed at the sub-nm scale.
