MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - A Fond du Lac man is accused of threatening a high-ranking Wisconsin official based in Madison, the Fond du Lac County District Attorney’s Office said Thursday. Bradley Hartmann, 46, is accused of three counts of terrorist threats and four counts of unlawful use of a telephone. Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric Toney said Hartmann’s bond was set at $15,000 on Wednesday. The state official is not named in the complaint.
