A dataset of full-length transcripts for the giant freshwater prawn ( Macrobrachium rosenbergii )
Abstract Macrobrachium rosenbergii is a major global aquaculture species, but its large (~3-4 Gb), highly heterozygous and repeat-rich genome has resulted in fragmented draft assemblies, limiting accurate gene annotation and functional genomics. High-quality, isoform-resolved full-length transcripts are therefore essential for gene discovery and downstream applications. Here, we present a dataset of full-length transcripts generated from seven tissues of an adult female M.
ANKRD11 deficiency reprograms CD8 + T cell differentiation to enhance immunity in chronic infection and cancer
Abstract CD8+ T cell dysfunction is a major obstacle to hepatitis B virus (HBV) clearance and antitumor immunity. Here, using a humanized mouse model, we identify a T cell receptor targeting a clinically relevant HBV epitope and reveal ANKRD11 as a key epigenetic regulator of CD8+ T cell dysfunction in chronic infection and tumors.
Artery tertiary lymphoid organs encode a pathogenic high-affinity autoantibody−autoantigen pair in atherosclerosis
|
Abstract Artery tertiary lymphoid organs (ATLOs) emerge in atherosclerosis, which is a chronic inflammatory artery disease with an autoimmune component. However, whether disease-relevant autoimmune B cells emerge in ATLOs remains unknown. In this study, we isolate germinal center (GC) B cells from ATLOs and lymph nodes from healthy and atherosclerosis-burdened mice, expression clone 60 autoantibodies and screen them for arterial wall reactivity.

Abstract Acinetobacter baumannii is a problematic pathogen in hospital settings. This study investigated a multi-component regulatory system involved in acetate metabolism in A. baumannii. Through transcriptomic, bioinformatic, and biophysical analyses, we characterised a hybrid histidine kinase, AcmS, encoded by the ABUW_0182 gene.
Giant negative photomagnetism in an alterlattice
Abstract Photomagnetism enables optical control of spin order for engineering non-equilibrium phases, yet studies remain largely confined to ferromagnetic systems. Here, we introduce the alterlattice, an emergent structural motif realized in the cation- and anion-deficient perovskite oxide La0.4Ca0.4TiO3–δ.
MindTS-MMD: A Chinese Multimodal Dataset for Emotion Expression Analysis in Children with Tourette Syndrome
Abstract Multimodal resources for emotion expression analysis in pediatric clinical populations remain limited, particularly for children with Tourette syndrome (TS). MindTS-MMD was developed as a Chinese multimodal dataset to support computational research on emotional expression and tic-related behavior in this population. The dataset contains 10,034 instance-level samples from 60 children with TS aged 6–12 years, collected through semi-structured emotion-elicitation tasks.
Synchronizing immunity with time: unlocking the potential of chrono-immunotherapy in cancer
Abstract Circadian rhythms, an endogenous timing system that enables organisms to adapt to Earth’s rotation, profoundly regulate fundamental physiological processes including cellular metabolism, hormone secretion, and immune surveillance. Recent advances have revealed that circadian disruption drives tumor initiation and progression, with its modulatory role in tumor immunity serving as a pivotal link between basic chronobiology and clinical oncology.
Sports injury prevention and management in university physical education: a qualitative study of lecturers and students in Sichuan Province, China
Abstract Sports injuries are a common concern in university physical education (PE), where students participate in structured physical activity and lecturers are responsible for teaching, supervision, and injury-related safety practice. However, limited evidence describes how sports injury prevention and management are understood and practised by university PE lecturers and students in China.
Online tool for refining socio-economic analyses better than postcodes: the example of cardiovascular disease in type 2 diabetes in the FIELD trial
Introduction Socio-economic status (SES) is strongly associated with health outcomes1, 2 yet remains difficult to measure consistently, particularly in longitudinal settings.
Targeting tankyrase scaffolding in the β-catenin destruction complex by PROTAC overcomes the limitation of catalytic inhibitors in cancer
Abstract Aberrant WNT/β-catenin signaling drives tumorigenesis and metastasis in cancer. Although enzymatic inhibitors of tankyrase (TNKS) effectively block AXIN degradation and stabilize the β-catenin destruction complex (DC), they have demonstrated limited efficacy in various cancer models. Here we demonstrate that, unexpectedly, the induction of AXIN puncta represents a major barrier to achieving therapeutic efficacy.
A qualitative study on the vulnerability factors of unintentional injuries among children aged 3–12 in Guizhou Province, China, based on the social-ecological model
Abstract Background: Unintentional injuries represent a primary cause of child mortality worldwide. However, child injury research in China exhibits a distinct disparity in research coverage; while studies on urban populations are abundant, deep qualitative research exploring multi-level vulnerability factors among children in rural southwestern regions remains scarce.
Analysis and research on multilevel video game addiction characteristics among children and adolescents based on association rules
Abstract Video game addiction (VGA) among children and adolescents is a growing public health concern, yet limited research has explored how addiction manifests across varying levels of severity. This study aimed to examine the multi-level characteristics of VGA by identifying behavioral, emotional, social, and family-related patterns associated with different addiction levels.
Influence of Southeast China’s seawater chemistry on the performance development of cement-sodium silicate grout
Abstract Cement-sodium silicate (C-S) double slurry grouts are widely employed for surrounding rock reinforcement and water plugging in subsea tunnel construction. However, their performance is highly sensitive to mix proportions and environmental exposure. The long-term durability of these materials and the tunnels they protect is particularly challenged by persistent seawater immersion.

State estimation and dynamic compensation cooperative sliding mode control for space flexible manipulators
Abstract In response to the issue of total interference suppression in space flexible manipulator systems, a state estimation and dynamic compensation cooperative sliding mode control strategy is proposed, based on a neural network-based disturbance observer and a sliding mode observer. This approach leverages the approximation capability of neural networks to estimate and compensate for the system’s composite uncertainties in real-time.
