Crop landscape diversification alleviates soil antibiotic burdens
Abstract Crop production is essential for global food security, but simplified crop landscapes can intensify soil antibiotic pollution and reduce crop diversity. Here we show that redistributing existing cropland among crop types can address both problems without expanding agricultural land. Using a global multi-objective optimization framework across seven cropping zones, we identify where changes in crop spatial distribution produce the greatest joint benefits.
YME1L1 degradation by TRIM21 inhibits bladder cancer proliferation, metastasis, and mitochondrial function
Abstract Bladder cancer is a common and aggressive disease with limited treatment options, highlighting the urgent need for new therapeutic strategies. Although mitochondrial proteins have been implicated in cancer progression, their role in bladder cancer remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate the function of the mitochondrial protease YME1L1 and its regulation by the E3 ubiquitin ligase TRIM21.

68Ga-MY6349 PET/CT imaging to assess Trop2 expression in multiple types of cancer
Abstract Introduction Trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 (Trop2), a transmembrane glycoprotein, exhibits high expression in most epithelial cancers and low expression in most normal tissues (1–3). Elevated Trop2 expression is associated with increased tumor cell proliferation and invasion (4), and is correlated with poor prognosis in various cancers (5–7). Thus, Trop2 could be a crucial target for clinical diagnosis and therapeutic intervention in a range of tumors.

Integrated multi-omics analyses identify anti-viral host factors and pathways controlling SARS-CoV-2 infection - Nature Communications
Abstract Host anti-viral factors are essential for controlling SARS-CoV-2 infection but remain largely unknown due to the biases of previous large-scale studies toward pro-viral host factors. To fill in this knowledge gap, we perform a genome-wide CRISPR dropout screen and integrate analyses of the multi-omics data of the CRISPR screen, genome-wide association studies, single-cell RNA-Seq, and host-virus proteins or protein/RNA interactome.

Mediating role of psychological distress in the associations between medical errors, adverse events, suicidal ideation and plan among operating room nurses in China: a cross-sectional study
Discussion This study examined psychological distress, MEs and AEs, suicidal ideation and suicide plan among operating room nurses in China. The current study contained three main findings. First, the percentages of MEs and AEs among Chinese operating room nurses were investigated. Second, the findings of the current study demonstrated the significant associations between MEs/AEs and psychological distress/suicidal ideation/suicide plan among operating room nurses.

IJERPH | Free Full-Text | Five-Factor Personality Dimensions Mediated the Relationship between Parents’ Parenting Style Differences and Mental Health among Medical University Students
4. Discussion There were several critical findings for this study. The first one was that worse mental health was positively associated with larger PD, higher neuroticism, lower conscientiousness, lower agreeableness, and lower openness. The second one was that larger PD was associated with conscientiousness, agreeableness, openness, and extraversion. The final finding was that conscientiousness or agreeableness could mediate the relationships between PD and mental health.

Loading metrics Open Access Peer-reviewed Research Article Abstract Purpose The present study aimed to examine the effects of personality traits on bus drivers’ self-reported prosocial and aggressive driving behaviours as well as the mediating role of risk perception and the moderating role of gender in this relationship. Methods Three hundred and ten bus drivers who were 24–57 years old agreed to participate in this study.
Physiological and Behavioral Changes of Passive Fatigue on Drivers during On-Road Driving
Abstract : Driver fatigue can be further categorized into passive fatigue and active fatigue based on the task-induced fatigue perspective, with its categorization necessary from a theoretical basis and practical needs. Passive fatigue is caused by mental underload and inactive task engagement, which is considered more hazardous. To facilitate the construction of the driver monitoring system (DMS), the current study aims to investigate the physiological and behavioral changes of passive fatigue.

Abstract : (1) Background: Despite the verified relationship between relatives’ characteristics and individual suicidal ideation, few studies have discussed the role of family members and lineal consanguinity independently according to whether they live together with the individuals or not. (2) Methods: The data in this study were collected in November 2019 and identified rural adults over 18 years old in Shandong as the survey objects, with a total of 879 valid cases included in this survey.

Upon reading the ads, shoppers who were interested in this study took our paper-pencil survey.
DIC measurement for large-scale structures based on adaptive warping image stitching
Abstract As a representative method of optical non-interference measurement, digital image correlation (DIC) technology is a non-contact optical mechanics method that can measure the displacement and deformation of the whole field. However, when the measurement range of the field is too large, the existing DIC method cannot measure the full-field strain accurately, which limits the application of the DIC measurement in the case of a large size and wide-field view.

Endovascular repair of penetrating aortic ulcers: Indications and single-center mid-term results
Abstract Background : Although endovascular repair is used to treat penetrating aortic ulcers (PAUs), the indications for endovascular repair in PAUs remain controversial. The current study evaluated the mid-term results of endovascular repair for PAUs and further explored the endovascular indications for PAUs. Methods : We retrospectively reviewed the clinical data of patients who were diagnosed with PAUs and underwent endovascular repair in our department from October 2018 to August 2020.

Effects of Post Annealing Treatments on the Interfacial Chemical Properties and Band Alignment of AlN/Si Structure Prepared by Atomic Layer Deposition
The influences of annealing temperature in N2 atmosphere on interfacial chemical properties and band alignment of AlN/Si structure deposited by atomic layer deposition have been investigated based on x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and spectroscopic ellipsometry. It is found that more oxygen incorporated into AlN film with the increasing annealing temperature, resulting from a little residual H2O in N2 atmosphere reacting with AlN film during the annealing treatment.
