NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — February is American Heart Month, and each year the statistics remain the same: one in every three people will die from heart disease. For many, there are no warning signs at all. I know that because it killed my brother — a sudden heart attack. It also took the life of my best friend’s husband. In both cases, the very first symptom was fatal. Both men were young, in their 40s, leaving behind their wives, young children, and families who never saw it coming.
