CK2α restriction of STING accumulation underlies systemic aging
Abstract Chronic activation of the cGAS-STING pathway drives inflammaging and cellular senescence. Although nuclear envelope (NE) barrier failure leading to cytoplasmic chromatin leakage is a key trigger, the molecular mechanisms governing STING activity at the NE during aging remain poorly understood. Here, we identify lamin A/C (LMNA) as a critical NE scaffold that orchestrates STING regulation by recruiting both STING and Casein Kinase 2 (CK2α).
Mechanisms and therapeutic strategies of asthma: from bench to bedside
Abstract Asthma is a heterogeneous chronic airway disease arising from a complex interplay of genetic susceptibility and environmental exposures. Key pathobiological features include dysregulated immune responses (particularly type 2 inflammation), structural airway remodeling, and mucus hypersecretion.
Integration of gene expression and alternative splicing enhances IGHV mutation status and survival risk prediction in chronic lymphocytic leukemia
Abstract The immunoglobulin heavy chain variable region (IGHV) mutation status is a key prognostic marker in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), shaping disease progression and therapeutic response. Current IGHV testing relies on molecular genomic analyses and requires specific laboratory tests, limiting its accessibility.

Engineered Genetic Circuits Activated by Bezafibrate Improve ESC‐Based TAA Cancer Vaccine Efficacy and PD‐L1 Nanobody Therapy
1 Introduction Tumor immunotherapy has emerged as a promising approach for eliminating malignant tumors.[1] Therapeutic cancer vaccines aim to stimulate the patient's adaptive immune system against specific tumor antigens to control tumor growth. However, the failure of cancer vaccines is often attributed to the presence of fewer immunogenic antigens and immunosuppressive microenvironments.[2] The choice of combination therapy can significantly influence the therapeutic outcome.

An Evaluation Model for the Influence of KOLs in Short Video Advertising Based on Uncertainty Theory
3. KOL Grading Evaluation Index System 3.1. Selection of Evaluation Indicators With the rise of social media platforms, product advertising promotion as well as marketing has basically shifted from traditional media to social media. Unlike traditional media, there are generally two ways to promote advertising in the context of social media, one is vertical advertising stream (similar to traditional TV commercials, which are placed directly to the audience), and the other is KOL promotion.

Effectiveness of omalizumab in patients with severe allergic asthma: A retrospective study in China
Highlights • In the real-world setting, omalizumab treatment provided a steroid-sparing effect with most patients (>60%) experiencing a reduction in ICS/LABA or OCS after 16 weeks of treatment. • Omalizumab was highly effective and well tolerated, providing a significant improvement in the occurrence of both clinically significant and severe asthma attacks in Chinese patients.
Metanephric mesenchyme-derived Foxd1+ mesangial precursor cells alleviate mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis
Original Article First Online: 27 February 2019 Abstract Mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (MsPGN) is a glomerular disease characterized by the proliferation of mesangial cells and the accumulation of mesangial matrix. No effective treatment is currently able to stop or reverse the disease process. Here, we isolated metanephric mesenchyme-derived Foxd1+ mesangial precursor cells from E13.5 Foxd1Cre; DTRflox double transgenic embryo mice.
Toll-like receptor 2-mediated MAPKs and NF-κB activation requires GNAO1-dependent pathway in human mast cell
Toll-like receptors (TLRs) expressed on mast cells are essential for effective host defense against a wide variety of pathogens. Previous studies have demonstrated that TLR2 agonists Pam3CSK4 and PGN both stimulated IL-8 release in human mast cells. To determine the molecular basis for this phenomenon, we utilized a human mast cell line LAD2 cells. We found that only release of IL-8 stimulated by Pam3CSK4 was TLR2-mediated, which was confirmed by specific TLR2 shRNA.
