Why did you become a journalist?
Because I wanted to experience different ways of living and seeing the world.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
Yes, I did groundbreaking work on our principal leaving for a co-ed school. *It was an all girls school.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
I'm most proud of my long form piece for E:60, on White Six pitcher Danny Farquhar, who suffered an aneurysm during a game.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
"Try to be easy to work with: have a sense of humor, be kind and always raise your hand when opportunities arise."

The best pitch I ever received was from the Bears, they told me about the GM allowing kids in the facility to learn scouting.
