Organizers of the St. Patrick's Parade of Jefferson have banned some of the riders who took part in Sunday's parade after video of them allegedly making Nazi salutes surfaced online. Our partners at NOLA.com say the parade's committee board issued a public apology for the incident, noting that the rider's actions violated both parade rules and parish ordinance. The parade's chief administrative officer, Brian Hebert, told the newspaper that the riders were all minors.
