A decision to waive a juvenile suspected of a double homicide in Michigan City is placed under advisement until Friday. The 15-year-old juvenile, who was 14 at the time, is suspected of killing 67-year-old Eddie Nixon Jr and 66-year-old Sylvia White back in October of last year. According to the family's attorney, the juvenile should never have been placed in the home, as he had a history of problems, and White was essentially retiring from being a foster parent.
