(WTVM) - Jeremy Williams is the what Russell County District Attorney calls an “elite class of criminals” - not because of anything great he’s done, but the wrong he’s committed against young children and women. Those crimes include suffocating, killing, and raping kids alive and dead. It was through a confession from Jeremy Williams - who was 37 years old during his arrest in December, 2021. But it didn’t come right away.
