When you think of the contemporary Twin Cities dining scene, chef and restaurateur Daniel Del Prado’s name immediately comes to mind. After opening the Argentinian-Italian Martina in Minneapolis’s Linden Hills, the chef has had a meteoric rise opening one hit restaurant after the next. Today, as the head of the DDP Restaurant Group, Del Prado oversees 14 concepts across 16 locations, including restaurants he’s created but are overseen by other groups.
