The Hall Bend Small Wild Area in Loudon County offers scenic lake views, hiking trails and opportunities to enjoy nature just minutes from downtown Lenoir City. Not every fishing trip ends with a cooler full of fish, but for some visitors, that is not the point. “So far, it’s not so good,” local resident David May said while fishing along the shoreline of Tellico Lake.
