沙棘叶发酵茶水提物对高脂饮食诱导小鼠糖脂代谢紊乱的改善作用
Abstract: To systematically elucidate the chemical composition of sea buckthorn leaf fermented tea (SFT) water extract and its effects on high-fat diet (HFD)-induced metabolic disorders, the present study employed chemical assays and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to characterize its major constituents. The extract was found to be rich in theabrownins (20.76%±0.18%).
Intrinsic physicochemical activity at microplastic–water interfaces
Abstract Plastics have become an integral part of our modern society, largely because they are generally regarded as chemically inert under normal circumstances. However, plastics fragmented into microplastics (less than 5 mm in size) have recently raised significant public concerns, and have been detected widely across ecosystems and human tissues with increasing environmental and health risks1,2,3,4,5.

B7-H3 promotes skin photodamage through ITGA2-NRF2-TFAM-mediated mitochondrial oxidative stress
Abstract Ultraviolet radiation (UVR) exposure drives skin photodamage, which constitutes the fundamental basis of both photoaging and photocarcinogenesis, by disrupting mitochondrial homeostasis and inducing reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulation. Although B7-H3 (CD276) is recognized as an immune-checkpoint molecule involved in tumor metabolism, its role in UVR-induced cutaneous photodamage and the associated redox imbalance remains undefined.

Theory, innovations and applications of stimulated Raman scattering microscopy - Nature Photonics
Abstract Since its advent around 17 years ago, stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) microscopy has emerged as a transformative imaging modality. By visualizing chemical bonds with high sensitivity, speed, specificity and resolution, it has revolutionized our ability to probe chemical structures and dynamics in diverse biological and material systems. In this Review we first provide a comprehensive overview of the theoretical foundations of SRS spectroscopy and microscopy.

Dynamic Offloading in Flying Fog Computing: Optimizing IoT Network Performance with Mobile Drones
2. Related Work Fog computing is a promising paradigm that addresses the limitations of cloud-centric IoT networks, particularly in scenarios with low-latency and real-time processing requirements. Bonomi et al. [18] introduced the concept of fog computing, highlighting its benefits in reducing data transfer latency and enhancing overall system responsiveness.
Experimental investigation on the factors affecting the quality of titanium alloy overhang via selective laser melting forming - The International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology
Abstract Selective laser melting (SLM) technology has attracted wide attention because it can produce parts with complex shape or internal characteristics that are difficult to process in traditional ways. SLM process is very easy to produce dross formation and balling defects on the overhanging surface of titanium alloy when forming the overhanging characteristic structural parts, which makes the surface of the formed parts rough.

Influence of bending angle function on local thinning defects of roll-formed sheets based on segmental boundary combination optimization - The International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology
Abstract In the sheet forming process, the final bending angle is mostly determined based on experience rather than based on a reliable theoretical framework. Furthermore, the local bent areas tend to decrease in thickness. Thus, it is difficult to control the quality of the final products. In this study, we developed an optimized bending angle function by combining segment boundaries to improve the final sheet forming quality and reduce the local thinning defects.
Raman Imaging Reveals Insights into Membrane Phase Biophysics in Cells
Cellular membranes are essential components of all living organisms. They are composed of a complex mixture of lipids with diverse chemical structures and crucial biological functions. The dynamic and heterogeneous nature of cellular membranes presents a challenge for studying their biophysical properties and organization in vivo.
Super-resolution photothermal microscopy - Nature Photonics
A photothermal microscopy technique overcomes the diffraction limit by exploiting the spatiotemporal dynamics of heat dissipation within the imaging volume, offering new opportunities for super-resolution, bond-selective and label-free imaging of biological targets. Imaging biological samples with fluorescence microscopy has become researchers’ go-to method as it provides a visual understanding of spatiotemporal distributions of biomolecules of interest.

Mid-infrared metabolic imaging with vibrational probes
Abstract Understanding metabolism is indispensable in unraveling the mechanistic basis of many physiological and pathological processes. However, in situ metabolic imaging tools are still lacking. Here we introduce a framework for mid-infrared (MIR) metabolic imaging by coupling the emerging high-information-throughput MIR microscopy with specifically designed IR-active vibrational probes.

Biological imaging of chemical bonds by stimulated Raman scattering microscopy
Abstract All molecules consist of chemical bonds, and much can be learned from mapping the spatiotemporal dynamics of these bonds. Since its invention a decade ago, stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) microscopy has become a powerful modality for imaging chemical bonds with high sensitivity, resolution, speed and specificity. We introduce the fundamentals of SRS microscopy and review innovations in SRS microscopes and imaging probes.

A ratiometric Raman probe for live-cell imaging of hydrogen sulfide in mitochondria by stimulated Raman scattering
Stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) coupled with alkyne tags has been an emerging imaging technique to visualize small-molecule species with high sensitivity and specificity. Here we describe the development of a ratiometric Raman probe for visualizing hydrogen sulfide (H2S) species in living cells, as the first alkynebased sensor for SRS microscopy. This probe uses an azide unit as a selective reactive site, and it targets mitochondria with high specificity.
Applications of vibrational tags in biological imaging by Raman microscopy

While the label-free imaging has been the prevailing strategy in Raman microscopy, recent development and applications of vibrational/Raman tags, particularly when coupled with stimulated Raman Scattering (SRS) microscopy, have generated intense excitement in biomedical imaging.
