Abstract Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a progressive lung disorder linked to oxidative stress, mitochondrial damage, and impaired mitophagy. Tanreqing (TRQ) inhalation solution is widely used for respiratory diseases but its mechanism against COPD remains poorly defined.
