Brenna Kiefner’s Biography

I am currently living my dream at WCAV-TV in Charlottesville, Virginia as the co-anchor for Good Morning Charlottesville.

After starting as the morning producer, I was promoted to report live from 4:30-9 on weekday mornings about community events, people making a difference, and host "Feel Good Friday". In under a year, I was promoted to co-anchor and have launched multiple original series such as “Teacher Appreciation Week” and “Grab a Glass”.

I have done a number of high profile interviews, including with Governor Glenn Youngkin, UVA President Jim Ryan, NBA legend Ralph Sampson, and former NFL star Chris Long. My work has been featured on stations across Virginia and CBS Networks.

During my time at CBS19, I have worked in every role, including anchoring our four and a half hour morning show, working as a dayside reporter, and producing morning and evening shows.

You will find that I am a go-getter and have an enormous amount of positivity and smiles, and will do whatever it takes to succeed!
