(Investigate TV) — The scrape of chisels against marble echoes across a quiet corner of Monroe County High School, where students bend over a large slab, carefully coaxing a design into life. For more than a month, ten student artists have been shaping the stone into a bas-relief that will soon be permanently installed at Old Mulkey Meetinghouse State Park, a tribute to the nation’s upcoming 250th anniversary.
