OWATONNA, Minn. (KTTC) – Charges were filed Monday connected to shots fired and a shelter-in-place order issued last week. According to court documents, Trevor Michael Lutz, 36, of Owatonna, faces six counts including first-degree attempted murder and first-degree assault. The criminal complaint outlines the events of July 1 to July 2, 2026, in which Lutz allegedly shot at police officers following a report of a welfare check into his safety.
