Identifying dynamic functions of urban areas with a multi-temporal collaborative graph neural network model
Abstract Identifying urban functional zones (UFZs) is of great significance for urban planning and sustainable development. Current approaches typically focus on the recognition of static and single-label UFZs, failing to capture their dynamic nature and functional heterogeneity. In this study, we propose a multi-temporal collaborative graph neural network (MCGNN) model for dynamic urban functions identification with a multi-label strategy.
Targeting lactylation reinforces NK cell cytotoxicity within the tumor microenvironment - Nature Immunology
Abstract Dysfunction of natural killer (NK) cells can be associated with tumor-derived lactate in the tumor microenvironment. Lactate-induced lysine lactylation (Kla) is a posttranslational modification, and strategies aimed at augmenting NK cell resistance to Kla might enhance cytotoxicity. Here we show that increased Kla levels in NK cells are accompanied by impaired nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide metabolism, fragmented mitochondria and reduced cytotoxicity.

Polarized localization of kinesin-1 and RIC-7 drives axonal mitochondria anterograde transport
Mitochondria transport is crucial for axonal mitochondria distribution and is mediated by kinesin-1-based anterograde and dynein-based retrograde motor complexes. While Miro and Milton/TRAK were identified as key adaptors between mitochondria and kinesin-1, recent studies suggest the presence of additional mechanisms. In C. elegans, ric-7 is the only single gene described so far, other than kinesin-1, that is absolutely required for axonal mitochondria localization. Using CRISPR engineering in C.
