A modified ovarian-adnexal reporting and data system ultrasound for differentiating ovarian carcinoma: integration of the risk of malignancy algorithm into the American College of Radiology’s O-RADS US framework
Abstract Introduction: Most ovarian cancer cases are diagnosed at advanced stages, primarily due to the limited efficacy of current classification systems that rely on imaging modalities with variable accuracy. Transvaginal ultrasound as an imaging modality is commonly achieved using the detection of morphological features, which has some limitations mainly related to sonographer experiences and subjective nature of the assessment.
Seasonal dynamics of morphology, carbon, and nitrogen reserves in two bermudagrass accessions ( Cynodon dactylon (L.)) differing in tolerance to long‑term low nitrogen supply
ABSTRACT Understanding how wild bermudagrass (Cynodon dactylon (L.) Pers.) maintains its persistence in nutrient-poor habitats through seasonal nitrogen cycling is of important for reducing nitrogen inputs. The seasonal dynamics of growth and nitrogenous and carbohydrate compounds were determined in two wild bermudagrass germplasms (C291, low-N-tolerant, C134, low-N-sensitive) under low N (0.5 mM) and control N (5 mM) levels.
Pre-disaster preventive dispatch for urban power grids considering frequency support from hydrogen energy systems
Abstract With the increasing frequency of extreme weather disasters, urban power grids are vulnerable to topology disruptions and to the frequency-security risks associated with weather-induced line outages and post-contingency operating disturbances. To enhance frequency support in pre-disaster preventive dispatch, this paper proposes a method for pre-disaster preventive dispatch in urban power grids considering frequency support from hydrogen energy systems.

Methods Cur molecules first self-assembled into carrier-free drug nanoparticles.
The precisely regulated keystone taxa facilitate microbial mineralization of soil organic phosphorus via niche partitioning
Abstract Rhizosphere keystone taxa critically drive microbial community stability and soil biogeochemical cycles. However, the manipulation of such taxa remains a challenge. This study simulated plant-mediated modulation of keystone taxa via simplified synthetic root exudates to track their compositional shifts. The combination of luteolin, myristic acid, and glucose enhanced rhizosphere phosphatase activity, significantly enriched Domibacillus indicus D99, and converted it into a keystone taxon.
Vascular SMC-like CAF-derived THBS1 drives tumor-associated neutrophil recruitment to orchestrate an immunosuppressive microenvironment in gastric cancer
Abstract The immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME) remains a primary barrier to effective immunotherapy. Tumor-associated neutrophils (TANs) are key contributors to this immunosuppressive landscape; however, the mechanisms governing their recruitment and infiltration into tumor tissues remain poorly understood. In this study, we unravel a pro-tumorigenic role of thrombospondin-1 (THBS1) in gastric cancer (GC) mediated by TAN recruitment.
Caspase-4 transgenic mice exhibit cytoplasmic TDP-43 accumulation and age-dependent neuropathology
Abstract TAR DNA-binding protein (TDP-43) is a multifunctional protein that binds DNA and RNA within the nucleus. In neurodegenerative diseases like Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), TDP-43 is mislocalized to the cytoplasm, forming inclusions. Current TDP-43 transgenic mouse models generally fail to exhibit significant cytoplasmic accumulation and loss of nuclear TDP-43, which hampers the investigation of cytoplasmic TDP-43 pathology.
