First-line anlotinib versus bevacizumab plus CapeOX in RAS/BRAF wild-type unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer (ANCHOR): a multicenter, prospective, randomized, phase 3 trial
Abstract Bevacizumab plus chemotherapy is the standard first-line therapy for metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). To date, no phase 3 trial has compared first-line oral multitargeted TKI versus bevacizumab plus chemotherapy in RAS/BRAF wild-type mCRC. The open-label, noninferiority, randomized, phase 3 trial (ANCHOR; NCT04854668; CTR20210940) evaluated first-line anlotinib versus bevacizumab plus oxaliplatin and capecitabine (CapeOX) in this setting.
Savolitinib in MET -amplified gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma: a phase 2 trial
|
Abstract MET proto-oncogene amplification (METamp) is associated with poor prognosis in gastric or gastroesophageal junction (G/GEJ) cancer. Currently, effective targeted therapies for G/GEJ cancer harboring METamp remain unavailable, and clinical evidence supporting the use of MET inhibitors in this disease population is limited. Here we report the results of a phase 2 study of savolitinib, an oral MET inhibitor, in patients with METamp G/GEJ cancer.

Frontiers | Soil carbon stocks and nitrous oxide emissions of pasture systems in Orinoquía region of Colombia: Potential for developing land-based greenhouse gas removal projects
Introduction There has been a growing interest in land-based carbon (C) removals because of its large potential to reduce global emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG). Recent studies show that land-based measures that are directly related to the agriculture practices have the potential to sequester approximately 10.5 GtCO2eq yr−1 by 2050, which corresponds to about 20% of the mitigation needed to achieve the 1.5°C temperature target (Griscom et al., 2017; Jia et al., 2019; Roe et al., 2021).

Lattice Boltzmann simulation of CO2 reactive transport in network fractured media
Carbon dioxide (CO ) geological sequestration plays an important role in mitigating CO emissions for climate change. Understanding interactions of the injected CO with network fractures and hydrocarbons is key for optimizing and controlling CO geological sequestration and evaluating its risks to ground water.
