Action-chunking policies predict future controls but execute only a prefix before replanning. How should a fixed action-token budget be organized to support execution? We propose LeapBot-JAC, which allocates sparse future-control references and dense execution targets within one shared action expert. Both chains are supervised by demonstrated controls and jointly denoised at aligned physical-time positions.
Ligand engineering enables an alkaline iron-chromium redox flow battery
Abstract Iron-chromium redox flow batteries are promising for long-duration energy storage owing to their safety, low cost, and environmental compatibility, but are limited by sluggish chromium(II/III) kinetics and parasitic hydrogen evolution in chromium-based negolytes. Here we re-engineer iron-chromium redox chemistry through chelation-driven molecular design using the strong-field ligand 2,2-Bis(hydroxymethyl)−2,2’,2”-nitrilotriethanol.

Spatial omics of neuroinflammation: insights across brain diseases
Abstract Neuroinflammation is a common pathological feature of diverse brain diseases, but inflammatory activity is rarely distributed uniformly across diseased tissue. Instead, microglia, astrocytes, infiltrating immune cells and inflammatory mediators are often organized around specific pathological structures, including amyloid plaques, demyelinated lesion rims, ischemic borders, necrotic tumor regions and perivascular white matter compartments.
A binding-to-release strategy for targeted anticancer drug delivery
Abstract Drug conjugates, such as antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) and small molecule–drug conjugates (SMDCs), are often dependent on efficient receptor-mediated endocytosis for payload release1,2,3—supported by about 10% of targets4,5,6,7. For poorly internalizing targets, drug conjugates dissociate and clear rapidly, limiting efficacy.
Hidden Crisis in Off-Stream Reservoirs From Their High Sedimentation and Ageing Risks
1 Introduction Dams are crucial infrastructure to manage rivers for transporting goods and energy production (Nilsson et al., 2005). Globally, recent estimates indicate the presence of over 2.8 million dams (Mulligan et al., 2020; Wang et al., 2021), with a combined storage exceeding 8,000 km3. This extensive damming represents one of the most severe human-induced stressors on river systems worldwide (Best, 2019). A critical issue arising from dams is the substantial retention of sediment upstream.
Comorbidity of anxiety and dry eye disease: shared biomarkers and immune responses
Abstract Background: Dry eye disease (DED) and anxiety are prevalent disorders that often coexist, yet the molecular mechanisms underlying their comorbidity remain inadequately understood. This study sought to elucidate the convergent genes, pathways, and immune signatures that link DED and anxiety by employing integrated bioinformatics and experimental validation approaches. Methods: Datasets (GSE44101, GSE98793) were retrieved from the GEO database.
A humanized anti-TNFR1 nanobody antagonist targeting the CRD3 region suppresses inflammation and necroptosis in vitro
Abstract Aberrant signaling through tumor necrosis factor receptor 1 (TNFR1) drives chronic inflammation and necroptotic cell death, yet selective therapeutic strategies remain limited. Here, humanized nanobodies targeting TNFR1 were developed and characterized. Biolayer interferometry and cell-based analyses showed that these nanobodies remained in the nanomolar affinity range to TNFR1 after humanization and showed no detectable binding to TNFR2 under the tested conditions.
Interfacial chemistry governs nanoparticle self-sorting during biomimetic crystallization
Abstract Biominerals comprise composite crystals in which organic constituents are spatially organized within mineral matrices with exquisite precision, giving rise to hierarchically ordered architectures. Despite extensive efforts, achieving precise control over organic–inorganic interactions to construct biomimetic composite materials with programmable composition and spatial organization remains a major challenge.

Aldose reductase as a regulator of ocular pathology: Mechanisms and therapeutic potential
Aldose reductase (AR), the rate-limiting enzyme of the polyol pathway, converts glucose to sorbitol using NADPH and becomes markedly overactive under hyperglycemic conditions. Its widespread expression in ocular tissues links AR to numerous eye disorders through sorbitol accumulation, microglial activation, NADPH depletion, oxidative stress, and increased formation of advanced glycation end products.
A case report of a patient with chronic granulomatous disease complicated by invasive aspergillosis and disseminated Burkholderia multivorans infection
Abstract Background: Chronic granulomatous disease (CGD) is a rare inborn error of immunity characterized by defective phagocyte oxidative burst, leading to recurrent, life-threatening infections with catalase-positive bacteria and fungi. Co-infections with Aspergillus and Burkholderia species in CGD are exceedingly rare and often fatal due to synergistic pathogenic mechanisms and limited therapeutic options.
Technical secrecy in China and England’s textile industries: cases from Early Qing Jiangnan and pre-Industrial Revolution England
Abstract This study addresses critical gaps in Sino-Western handicraft technology history scholarship, which has long focused on production scale and innovation while neglecting systematic comparative analysis of textile trade secrecy between Early Qing Jiangnan (China) and pre-Industrial Revolution England, as well as the interaction logic between state attitudes and private behaviors.

2.1. Collection of AURKA Evaluation Data Set To establish a high-quality set of active molecules for benchmarking docking software, we extracted 2107 AURKA-targeted bioactive compounds from the ChEMBL database. A systematic screening process retained only compounds with pIC 50 ≥ 6.0 (equivalent to IC 50 ≤ 1 μM), ensuring robust activity data. The structural composition and bioactivity profile of the data set are illustrated in Figure 2 A, underscoring its chemical diversity. Figure 2 Figure 2.
System-level transient simulation of bioresorbable and flexible electronic circuits
Abstract Bioresorbable electronics promise safe, time-limited operation in the body, eliminating the risks of secondary surgery. Their clinical translation, however, requires quantitative models that link degradation kinetics to system-level electromechanical and electromagnetic performance over clinically relevant timescales, enabling reliable function in implants for electrotherapy, physiological monitoring, neural interfaces, and drug delivery.
Immobilization of Single Ni Sites and Separated Pd Clusters in Covalent Organic Framework for Enhanced Electrochemical Reduction of Nitrite to Ammonia Click to copy article link Article link copied!
Abstract Click to copy section linkSection link copied! The electrochemical reduction of nitrite (NO2–) to ammonia (NH3) offers a promising strategy for simultaneously purifying wastewater and producing value-added chemicals. The metal active site struggles to simultaneously optimize the adsorption strengths of NO2– and H*, resulting in a mismatch between the kinetics of intermediate activation and hydrogenation.

The genetic etiology of spontaneous abortion: insights from chromosomal microarray analysis and whole-exome sequencing
Abstract Spontaneous abortion is one of the most common adverse pregnancy outcomes, with an incidence of approximately 15–25% in clinically recognized pregnancies. Chromosomal abnormalities are recognized as a primary genetic etiology, yet the specific underlying molecular mechanisms and pathways remain incompletely understood. Embryonic tissue samples from 1585 patients with spontaneous abortion were collected from January 2019 to June 2025.
