MSP adjusting patrols in Saginaw, Flint SAGINAW, Mich. (WJRT) - The Michigan State Police is cutting back on patrols in Flint and Saginaw after more than a decade of partnership with the two cities. ABC12 first reported on the possibility of changes at the beginning of 2025. Over the past few weeks, those changes are now being implemented, according to the state police and local departments, who say the general public won't notice a difference when it comes to fighting crime in the two cities.
