Stevioside promotes hepatocyte proliferation via YAP signaling in cholestatic disease
Abstract Stevioside, a natural glycoside with diverse bioactivities, holds therapeutic potential in liver diseases, but its role in cholestatic liver repair remains largely unexplored. This study investigates the regenerative efficacy and underlying mechanisms of stevioside in bile duct ligation (BDL)-induced cholestatic liver injury.
Targeted degradation of P-TEFb via MDM2 substrate substitution collapses oncogenic transcriptional programs in MDM2 -amplified cancers
Abstract MDM2 is an oncogenic E3 ubiquitin ligase best known for targeting the tumor suppressor p53 and is frequently amplified in human cancers, including dedifferentiated liposarcoma (DDLPS). We show that supraphysiological MDM2 expression can be exploited to reprogram its ligase activity toward selective degradation of oncogenic transcriptional machinery.
Association of traumatic experiences with depressive symptoms among LGBTQ+ population in China
Abstract Trauma is a major contributor to mental health disparities among LGBTQ+ individuals, yet evidence from non-Western contexts remains limited. Using baseline data from 8,384 participants in the TREASURE cohort in Chengdu, China, we examined associations between trauma exposure (adverse childhood experiences, lifetime trauma and LGBTQ+-related adversities) and depressive symptoms. Trauma exposure was highly prevalent (92.7%), particularly LGBTQ+-related adversities (87.3%).

Assessing the Impact of MULLET AI System on Focal Liver Lesion Detection: A Multicenter, Multi-reader, Multi-case Clinical Trial
Abstract Early detection of focal liver lesions is critical for patient outcomes, but current imaging techniques have limitations. This study developed MULLET, an AI system using contrast-enhanced CT, and assessed its performance in assisting radiologists with FLL detection and characterization. A retrospective multicenter, multi-reader, multi-case trial was conducted, in which 10 radiologists independently interpreted 375 patients’ clinical images with and without MULLET assistance.

Bladder metastasis from gastric cancer presenting as acute post-renal obstruction during immunotherapy: a case report
Abstract Bladder metastasis from gastric cancer is extremely rare and may be misdiagnosed, particularly during immunotherapy, when new urinary symptoms can be attributed to genitourinary immune-related adverse events. We report a case of a 35-year-old man with advanced gastric cancer who initially responded to chemotherapy combined with sintilimab, an anti–Programmed Death-1 (PD-1) inhibitor.
Diagnosis of Cadmium Stress in Cabbage Leaves Based on Adaxial Surface Hyperspectral Data and the UVE-CARS-LightGBM
Abstract Cadmium (Cd) contamination in vegetables poses a serious threat to food safety, making the development of an efficient, nondestructive detection method crucial. This study integrates hyperspectral technology, feature selection, and machine learning to propose a nondestructive method for assessing Cd contamination levels in cabbage leaves. Hyperspectral data were collected from the adaxial and abaxial surfaces of cabbage leaves under eight different Cd stress conditions.
A blood-biomarker based CTC-ALRI score predicts recurrence in hepatocellular carcinoma patients following curative resection
Abstract Background: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) recurrence after curative resection remains a critical challenge that significantly compromises long-term survival. This study aimed to develop a novel blood-based prognostic scoring system integrating circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and aspartate aminotransferase-to-lymphocyte ratio index (ALRI) for predicting postoperative HCC recurrence.

Pathological complete response to neoadjuvant TACHP in HER2-positive/HR-positive inflammatory breast cancer: a case report
Abstract Inflammatory breast cancer is a highly aggressive and locally advanced form of breast cancer with a poor prognosis. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy is the cornerstone of current treatment, aiming to downstage the disease and enable surgical intervention, which is typically followed by adjuvant radiotherapy. This paper reports the case of a 48-year-old female patient who presented with a large palpable mass and inflammatory skin changes in her left breast.

Water Segmentation for Unmanned Ship Navigation Based on Multi-Scale Feature Fusion
1. Introduction Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs) are commonly used in applications such as hydrographic surveying and mapping, water quality monitoring, port patrolling, and waterborne search and rescue operations [1,2,3,4]. Their precise control largely depends on accurately segmenting the navigable water boundaries via image sensors. For example, visual sensing systems can be installed to identify safe, navigable regions [5].

The local governance of COVID‐19: Lessons learned and ways forward in rural Bangladesh
INTRODUCTION SARS-CoV-2 commonly known as the COVID-19 pandemic is one of the most lethal human emergencies in recorded history (Chakraborty & Maity, 2020; Mofijur et al., 2021; Xiong et al., 2020). Initially, there was limited knowledge, and no effective vaccines or preventive treatments so governments around the world implemented a suite of public policy responses (Lai et al., 2020; Weible et al., 2020).
