Transposed Poisson structure on filiform lie superalgebra Q 2 m, 2 m
In this paper, from the matrix perspective, we investigate the transposed Poisson structures on filiform Lie superalgebra by means of third-order tensor tools. This method makes the transposed Poisson structure more intuitive and simplifies the research steps. Firstly, we describe the -superderivations on filiform Lie superalgebra . Then, we characterize the transposed Poisson structure on filiform Lie superalgebra by third-order tensors.

An Innervated Human Skin Equivalent that Electrically Encodes Mechanical and Thermal Stimuli
1 Introduction The somatosensory system enables the detection and discrimination of mechanical and thermal stimuli through specialized peripheral sensory neurons that innervate the skin [1-3]. These neurons transform physical inputs into patterns of electrical activity that are interpreted by the central nervous system, eliciting sensations such as touch, temperature, and pain [4].

Enhancing Blood Circulation With Epsilon-Near-Zero (ENZ) Materials via the Far-Infrared Window of Human Skin
1 Introduction The wound healing process comprises four distinct phases: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. Each phase requires adequate blood circulation to deliver nutrients and oxygen to the skin and underlying tissues. Maintaining optimal blood flow is essential to support these healing stages and to ensure that vital nutrients reach the affected tissues.
AAV gene therapy for homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia: a phase 1 trial
Abstract Homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH) is a rare autosomal disease characterized by severely elevated low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels and accelerated atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. More than 80% of patients with HoFH carry low-density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR) mutations.
The role of teacher-student relationships in mediating the impact of peer relationships and grit on student engagement
Abstract Student engagement is a key predictor of academic success in EFL contexts, yet a network of interpersonal and intrapersonal factors shapes it. Among these, peer relationships, grit, and the teacher–student relationship are increasingly recognized as central to explaining why some students participate more actively and persist in language learning than others, particularly in Chinese EFL classrooms.

Population-scale multi-omics analysis reveals diverse phenotypic impacts of lncRNAs in rice
Dear Editor, Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are emerging as critical regulators of plant growth and development, and their expression orchestrates and integrates multiple processes underlying vital components of the phenotype, including stress adaptation, aspects of phenotypic evolution, and speciation.1 In plants, lncRNA-mediated gene regulation remains poorly understood, even in rice, one of the most important staple foods and a model crop species.

Analysing the policy system of digital transformation in China’s construction industry: an objective-instrument network approach
Abstract The sluggish advancement of digital transformation of the construction industry (DTCI) in China underscores the imperative for systematic policy evaluation. Current research predominantly examines policy elements respectively, inadequately addressing systemic complexity arising from the interdependence between policy objectives and instruments.

Analysis of clinical parameters of different types of α-thalassemia children in Hainan region, China
Hb H disease is characterized by a significant deficiency of α-globin, leading to the excessive formation of β-globin chains that result in the production of unstable hemoglobin, known as Hb H. This condition can present with varying degrees of anemia, ranging from mild to severe, and exhibits considerable clinical heterogeneity (Lal et al., 2011). The variability in clinical presentation complicates treatment strategies.
Ice-Confinement Overcomes the Diffusion-Reaction Limitation in Surface Assays
Abstract Click to copy section linkSection link copied! Diffusion-reaction coupling at solid–liquid interfaces has long constrained the performance of interfacial molecular assays, particularly surface-based DNA assays. Herein, we report an ice-confinement strategy that reprograms the mass transport at the solid–liquid interface.

DECIPHER for learning disentangled cellular embeddings in large-scale heterogeneous spatial omics data - Nature Communications
Abstract The functional role of a cell, shaped by the sophisticated interplay between its molecular identity and spatial context, is often obscured in current spatial modeling. In efforts to model large-scale heterogeneous spatial data in silico effectively and efficiently, we introduce DECIPHER, which disentangles cells’ intra-cellular and extra-cellular representation through a novel cross-scale contrast learning strategy.

Preclinical Development and Phase I Study of ZSYY001, a Polymeric Micellar Paclitaxel for Advanced Solid Tumor
1 Introduction Paclitaxel is a well-established chemotherapeutic drug used for the treatment of various solid tumors [1]. To address its poor water solubility, Cremophor EL (CrEL) was added [2]. However, CrEL can cause allergic reactions, necessitating the pre-administration of dexamethasone and diphenhydramine, limiting the dosage and extending infusion time [1, 2]. To eliminate the need for CrEL, polymer micelle paclitaxel was developed.
A catalytic cycle that enables crude hydrogen separation, storage and transportation - Nature Energy
Abstract Industrially, hydrogen production often relies on carbon-based resources, necessitating the separation of hydrogen from impurities such as CO, CO2, hydrocarbons and N2. Traditional purification methods involve complicated and energy-intensive sequential conversion and removal of these impurities.
Tracking the policy evolution of China’s rural housing construction from 1993 to 2023
Abstract In China, the unsatisfactory rural housing conditions highlights the pressing requirement for improvements in rural housing construction policies. However, there is a significant lack of research focusing on these policies, with insufficient attention given to the complexity of the policy system. This policy review employs network analysis methods to examine China’s rural housing construction policies, specifically focusing on policy agencies, objectives and instruments.

Systematic mining and quantification reveal the dominant contribution of non-HLA variations to acute graft-versus-host disease - Cellular & Molecular Immunology
Abstract Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) disparity between donors and recipients is a key determinant triggering intense alloreactivity, leading to a lethal complication, namely, acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD), after allogeneic transplantation. Moreover, aGVHD remains a cause of mortality after HLA-matched allogeneic transplantation.
Dysregulation of mitochondrial α-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase leads to elevated lipid peroxidation in CHCHD2-linked Parkinson’s disease models - Nature Communications
Abstract Dysregulation of mitochondrial function has been implicated in Parkinson’s disease (PD), but the role of mitochondrial metabolism in disease pathogenesis remains to be elucidated. Using an unbiased metabolomic analysis of purified mitochondria, we identified alterations in α-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase (KGDH) pathway upon loss of PD-linked CHCHD2 protein.

High Incubation Attendance and Nesting Site Constraints of the Sclater's Monal in an Alpine Environment in Southwestern China
1 Introduction The alpine environment presents significant challenges for breeding birds due to lower temperatures, limited food supplies, and significant climate variations (Martin et al. 2022). These challenging conditions restrict the occurrence of some species and require special adaptations for survival including restricted ranges and unique behaviors to conserve energy and protect their young (Chamberlain et al. 2013).
