ONEIDA, N.Y. — Oneida City Councilor Rob Winchell has requested an investigation into City of Oneida Mayor Rick Rossi. Winchell said the requests were made to the New York State Police and the city attorney on May 23. He said it was made based on constituent complaints.

Fight breaks out in court as Jesse Outley is sentenced to 40 to life

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Jesse Outley will face a sentence of 40 years to life in prison for his role in the murder of 11-month-old Dior Harris. Dior Harris found guilty on all counts. In May, Outley was found guilty on all charges, including murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. During the sentencing, a fight broke out, where Dior's mother was seen running out of the courtroom. We will continue to provide more updates on the sentencing.
