Loss of TSPOAP1 exacerbates mitochondrial dysfunction and neuronal apoptosis after intracerebral hemorrhage
Abstract Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) induces severe secondary neuronal injury, in which mitochondrial dysfunction and apoptosis play central roles. Accumulating evidence suggests that mitochondrial failure represents a critical convergence point linking diverse injurious stimuli to neuronal apoptosis after ICH. However, the molecular mechanisms that connect mitochondrial dysfunction to irreversible apoptotic commitment remain incompletely understood.
Rhizosphere microbial community structure and diversity in canker-symptomatic and asymptomatic poplars
Abstract Poplar canker threatens the health and productivity of poplar plantations, but its association with the rhizosphere microbiome remains poorly resolved. We profiled bacterial 16 S V3-V4 and fungal ITS1 communities in root-zone soils from asymptomatic and canker-symptomatic Populus talassica at Qitai, Nileke, and Dabancheng, with three independent composite samples per site-by-status group.
Reversing KDM6A phosphorylation-driven epigenetic suppression restores pyroptosis and synergizes with anti-PD-1 therapy in HNSCC
Abstract Immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) has revolutionized head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) treatment. Yet, a major barrier to response is that tumor cells are epigenetically reprogrammed to resist immunogenic cell death, particularly pyroptosis.

Targeting the senescence‒autophagy axis via p16 INK4a inhibition alleviates pulmonary fibrosis
Abstract Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a progressive and fatal lung disease for which effective therapies are lacking. While cellular senescence and autophagy have been implicated in IPF pathogenesis, the intersecting mechanisms that drive fibrosis progression remain unclear. Our patient-derived transcriptomic analysis revealed a strong association between enhanced extracellular matrix remodeling, cellular senescence, and autophagic dysfunction in IPF.

Dnmt1 Alleviates S1PR1‐Mediated Pyroptosis after Spinal Cord Injury through Regulating Pon3 Expression
1 Introduction Spinal cord injury (SCI) represents a grave neurological affliction. Mechanical injury or disease processes that damage spinal cord tissues often lead not only to sensory and motor dysfunctions below the injury level, which, in severe cases, may result in paraplegia or quadriplegia,[1, 2] but also trigger a series of complications, such as respiratory dysfunction, urinary tract infections, pressure ulcers, and so on.
Automated annotation of complex natural products using a modular fragmentation-based structure assembly (MFSA) strategy
Abstract Complex natural products (CNPs) feature polycyclic structures, multiple consecutive chiral centers, and nonrepetitive structural units. Given their complexity, the structural annotation of CNPs remains a major bottleneck. Here, we introduce the modular fragmentation–based structural assembly (MFSA) strategy for the target CNP structural annotation.

Granulin+ macrophages promote lineage plasticity in prostate cancer through paracrine signaling loops
Abstract The role of tumor-infiltrating immune cells in driving phenotype switching remains unclear, despite the well-established association between lineage transition and drug resistance in prostate cancer. This study employed an integrated analysis of single-cell multiomics to investigate the dynamics of immune infiltration, transcriptional programs, and cell-cell communication in prostate cancer.

Inhibition of YAP can down-regulate NLRP3 inflammasome and improve anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury
Abstract Objective: Yes-associated protein (YAP) is a core effector molecule of the Hippo signaling pathway, which regulates transcription and controls cell proliferation and growth. However, the role of YAP in anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury (ADLI) remains unclear. This study aims to investigate the regulatory effect of YAP on the NLRP3 inflammasome in ADLI and its potential ameliorative effects on liver injury.

Graphitic Nitrogen induced Identical Fluorescent Emission of Carbon Dots for Scalable Anti-Counterfeiting Applications Identical fluorescent emission in carbon dots (CDs) is crucial for applications such as anti-counterfeiting which requires precise spectrum control. However, the optical properties of CDs are highly sensitive to reaction conditions, which complicate their consistency.

Tumor Size as a Predictive Indicator for Lymph Node Metastasis in Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma: An Inverted L‐Shaped Curve Analysis Based on the SEER Database
Background Papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) frequently metastasises to lymph nodes, with lymph node metastasis (LNM) occurring with high frequency in small, early-stage tumors. The present study examines the inverse l-shaped relationship between tumor size and the likelihood of LNM in patients diagnosed with PTC.

Structure-Activity Relationship Models to Predict Properties of the Dielectric Fluids for Transformer Insulation System
1. Introduction Petroleum-based mineral oils have been used for insulation and cooling purposes in power transformers for decades [1,2]. However, mineral oils present high health and environmental hazards due to poor neutral degradation and fire risk due to low flash points [3]. Recently, biodegradable and environmentally friendly natural esters derived from plants and seeds have attracted great interest for use as dielectric liquids with high flash points [4,5,6].
