KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Look for an isolated shower or storm this evening. Otherwise, partly cloudy muggy and warm with temperatures falling from the 80s into the 70s. OVERNIGHT: Some rain or storms before or near sunrise. Lows will be around 70. Flood Watch FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAY SATURDAY: Scattered showers or storms in the morning as a slow moving cold front moves through the area. Flooding is possible with any training storms. 1-3″ of rain possible within the heaviest bands.

Lows will be in the low 70s. Winds will be southwest at 5-10 mph. Flood Watch FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAY FRIDAY: Scattered showers and storms, especially by afternoon and evening. This rain will be heavy, which could lead to some areas of flooding. A few storms could be on the stronger side with high winds and frequent lightning.

THURSDAY: Mix of sun and clouds with off and on spotty storms throughout the day. Highs climb to the upper 80s. FRIDAY: Scattered to widespread rain and storms return Friday, especially during the morning hours through midday. This rain will be heavy, which could lead to some areas of flooding.
