Histone lactylation-driven IGF2BP3 promotes intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma progression via SPP1/CD44-dependent macrophage polarization
|
Abstract The tumor microenvironment is a critical regulator of cancer progression. Histone lactylation, a novel post-translational modification, has emerged as a key player in various tumors and is closely linked to macrophage polarization within the immune tumor microenvironment. Here, we delineated the signaling axis through which histone lactylation, specifically H3K18la, orchestrates crosstalk between intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma cells and the tumor microenvironment (TME).

Mitigating Site-Specific Data Dependency in Image-Based Water Level Estimation Using Vision Foundation Models
1 Introduction Fluvial flood is among the most devastating natural disasters, resulting in substantial economic losses and fatalities worldwide each year (Douris & Kim, 2021). The intensity and frequency of fluvial flood events continue to rise with the increasing occurrence of extreme precipitation, which further exacerbates threats to water security (Kumar et al., 2023). To effectively prevent and mitigate flood risks, timely and accurate monitoring of flood processes is essential.
Strategies of high-accuracy memristor-based analogue computing in memory for artificial intelligence
Abstract Memristor-based analogue computing in memory (CIM) offers revolutionary gains in energy efficiency and computing power for data-intensive applications such as artificial intelligence. However, it typically struggles with achieving high accuracy at the same time, owing to the noise-sensitive nature of analogue computing and the non-ideal characteristics at the device and circuit levels that inevitably result in computing errors.

Field re-entrant superconductivity in Eu-doped infinite-layer nickelates
Abstract Intertwined superconducting and magnetic orders may give rise to exotic quantum phases1–7, including field-induced and re-entrant superconductivity8–10. However, such magnetism-enhanced superconductivity has remained elusive in superconductors with higher transition temperatures1–3. While infinite-layer nickelates represent a new class of unconventional superconductors11–20, the impact of rare-earth magnetism on superconducting properties remains largely unexplored.
Power-efficient ultra-broadband soliton microcombs in resonantly-coupled microresonators
Abstract The drive to miniaturize optical frequency combs for practical deployment has spotlighted microresonator solitons as a promising chip-scale candidate. However, these soliton microcombs could be very power-hungry when their span increases, especially with fine comb spacings. As a result, realizing an octave-spanning comb at microwave repetition rates for direct optical-microwave linkage is considered not possible for photonic integration due to the high power requirements.
