ELLSWORTH, Maine (WABI) -A lodging facility in Ellsworth is offering guests a birds-eye view of Maine’s woods and waterways from elevated treehouses. Arbor Camp opened about a year ago. “Right now we’re in the process of finishing eight tree houses,” says co-owner Tim Stone. Cedar Treehouse is the latest and largest addition to the 30-acre property. It is the fourth treehouse to open. “Our greatest resource in the state, I think, is the natural beauty of the place that we are in.
