Spatiotemporally Asynchronous Dual-Modality Probe: Real-Time and Accurate Monitoring of Neutrophil Recruitment in Phototherapy Prognosis Click to copy article link Article link copied!
Abstract Click to copy section linkSection link copied! The persistent issue of poor prognosis in tumor recurrence and metastasis, even with promising treatments such as photodynamic therapy, underscores the urgent need for noninvasive imaging tools to investigate underlying mechanisms. However, achieving real-time, crosstalk-free monitoring of multiple biomarkers within pathological processes remains challenging, largely due to the absence of effective molecular design strategies.
Mechanism of circ_0075961 promoting invasive metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma cells by regulating the EMT process through ZEB1
Abstract Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), the most common subtype of laryngeal cancer, often exhibits poor responsiveness to conventional therapies. Although circRNAs have been implicated in various malignancies, their roles in LSCC remain incompletely understood. This study aimed to investigate the function and underlying mechanism of circ_0075961 in LSCC progression. Expression levels of circ_0075961 and ZEB1 were measured in 32 paired LSCC and ANT tissues using RT-qPCR.
Integrative single-cell and genomic analysis reveals NMB as a driver of metastatic adaptation in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma via metabolic rewiring and immune evasion
Abstract Background: Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) has high mortality, and metastasis is the leading cause of patient death. Neuromedin B (NMB) promotes tumor development in various cancers, yet its role in ESCC metastasis remains unclear. Methods: We integrated single-cell transcriptomic data from matched primary and metastatic ESCC lesions (GSE309392) with bulk transcriptomic cohorts from TCGA and GSE53624.

RAN-S100A10-EGFR axis facilitates papillary thyroid cancer metastasis by PI3K/AKT signaling
Abstract Background: The incidence of thyroid cancer has been increasing in recent years, with papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) accounting for the majority of cases. Accumulating studies have demonstrated that S100A10 acts as an oncogene in the progression of various malignancies. However, the function and specific mechanisms of S100A10 in thyroid cancer remain poorly defined.
Effect of the Solidifiable Spacer Fluid System on Hydraulic Sealing Ability of the Cement Sheath-Formation Interface
1. Introduction Click to copy section linkSection link copied! The role of cement sheath in the wellbore includes maintaining interlayer isolation, protecting casing from corrosion, and providing mechanical support. (1) Preserving the integrity of the cement sheath is crucial for reducing the risk of uncontrolled fluid flow in the formation, which is essential for the safety of oil and gas well production.
Design and Performance Evaluation of a Vacuum-Based Twist-Bend End-Effector for Automated Mushroom Harvesting with Vision-Based Damage Assessment
Submitted: 09 February 2026 You are already at the latest version Manual harvesting of white button mushrooms involves coordinated bending and twisting motions to detach the fruiting body while minimizing surface damage; however, replicating these actions in automated systems remains challenging. In this study, a vacuum-based end-effector that mimics manual twist–bend detachment using a single-point contact was designed and evaluated to reduce mechanical damage.

Laser-programmed stiffness and interfaces for textile hybrid electronics - Nature Communications
Abstract Permeable textiles show great potential for daily wearable electronics. As crucial electronic components, rigid chips suffer from modulus mismatch with elastic textile substrates, hindering the development of stretchable hybrid electronics. Herein, we report laser-programmed textile hybrid electronics (LPTHE) featuring seamless integration of wires and chips onto laser-programmed textiles (LPTs).
Pancreatic Schistosomiasis, China, 2020-2024
Schistosomiasis is a parasitic infection caused by trematodes of the genus Schistosoma (1). Globally, ≈1 billion people are at risk for schistosomiasis and there have been 250 million cases across 78 countries. By 2021, the disease accounted for >1.8 million disability-adjusted life years lost. Schistosoma infection is closely linked to impoverished living conditions (2).
Frontiers | Multiomics analysis demonstrated that TOPBP1 interacting checkpoint and Replication Regulator may serve as an immune-related biomarker indicative of poor prognosis in lung adenocarcinoma
Introduction Lung cancer, is one of the most common malignancies in the world (1–3). Millions of people are newly diagnosed and die from the disease every year (4). Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) constitutes approximately 60% of newly diagnosed lung cancer cases, making it the most common subtype, with its incidence steadily increasing (5, 6).

Green Fruit‐Stem Pairing and Clustering for Machine Vision System in Robotic Thinning of Apples
1 Introduction The apple crop is highly valued in the United States, with an annual production total of nearly 10 billion pounds, valued at nearly $3 billion (USDA-NASS 2020). Green fruit thinning is the process of discarding excess fruitlets early in the summer primarily to increase remaining fruit size and quality, and it is one of the most important aspects of apple production (Vanheems 2015). Chemical thinning has been widely used by growers to adjust apple crop load due to its rapid speed.

UGV‐Based Precision Spraying System for Chemical Apple Blossom Thinning on Trellis Trained Canopies
1 Introduction In tree fruit production, thinning refers to the removal of a fraction of the trees' flowers and/or fruit such that the growth of the remaining fruit is improved. The link between thinning and fruit quality has been well established (Forshey 1986; Link 2000). During the blossom period, apple trees generally produce a large number of flowers, which later can be pollinated to set fruit.
Recent advances of fluorescent probes for fatty liver imaging by lipid droplets detecting
Recent advances of fluorescent probes for fatty liver imaging by lipid droplets detecting Fatty liver, a major health problem worldwide, is closely associated with aberrant accumulation and alteration of energy the storage organelles, lipid droplets (LDs), in the disease process. Fluorescence probes with excellent optical performance, high sensitivity/selectivity and real-time monitoring have emerged as an attractive method for the detection of LDs used in the diagnosis of fatty liver.
